Craft Your Own Rum or Gin at the Kilted Dragon Distillery Step behind the scenes and into the heart of creation with our immersive mini copper still experience. This is more than a workshop—it's a chance to walk in our boots, stir the pot, and bottle a spirit that’s uniquely yours. Approx 2 - 3 hour experience 🔍 What Happens During the Session Welcome Drink: We will get you comfortable with a drink in the event space from our signature menu. Distillery Tour: A behind-the-scenes look at the equipment, ingredients, and process of spirit-making that we use for our small - batch range with tasters along the way. Workshop: We will get you set up on a mini copper still and walk you through the many botanicals you can bring together—to inspire your own blend. Recipe Creation: Choose your botanicals and craft a unique recipe with our guidance. Fill in your recipe card along the way - you may love it that much you will want to create it again! Distillation: Use a mini copper still to distil your own 50cl bottle of gin or rum. Finishing Station - Add some flair with colours/ glitters.
