Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship your delivery within 2 working days with a mail turnaround of up to 2 working days.

You will receive a notification that your order has been fulfilled by us which is at the handover to the courier organisation.

We have tracking for all deliveries and where you have provided we add to the delivery so that you get timely updates directly involving your parcel.

At busier seasonal times such as Christmas there are often delays in the courier process normally due to congestion on the network that is out of our hands. We do communicate these out and set realistic last order deadlines for delivery to ensure that you have your parcel in hand before special occasions.
