Tools we use in conjunction with your information:
• E-newsletters: We use Wix as our online marketing service provider to deliver newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
• Online Reporting: We use Google Analytics to monitor who visits our site, from where and what actions they take when they are on our website. We may occasionally use this analytical information to deliver adverts to IP Addresses which have visited our website in the past. • Social Media: We use Meta, to manage our social interactions. If you send us private or direct messages these will be stored on Meta. This information is never shared with any other companies or organisations.
• E-commerce: We use a platform called Stripe to carry out E-commerce transactions on our website. Stripe tracks information such as transactional amounts individual users have processed over a period of time. Read their full Privacy Policy here.
• If we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets.
If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Website Use our Website Terms and Conditions of Supply and other agreements; or to protect our rights, property, or safety, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
• Where we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted.
